SKATE ISLAND ROLLERDISCO — PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that roller skating involves inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Skate Island Rollerdisco event. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless EVNT Inspirations, Newcastle Racecourse, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation. 3. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that first aid facilities are available on-site but that organisers are not responsible for medical costs. 4. RULES & CONDUCT: I agree to follow all safety instructions, skate within my ability, and comply with all event rules and staff directions. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund. 5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA: I consent to being photographed or filmed during the event, and grant permission for such media to be used for promotional purposes. 6. MINORS: If signing on behalf of a minor (under 18), I confirm I am their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf. This waiver is binding and effective for all Skate Island Rollerdisco sessions attended.
